Lantau and worsening back pain

Been on Lantau since April. Started on 1.0 then 2.0now on 3.2as my dosage increases back pain worsens. Spasms would be more accurate. Have been tol I can increase dosage up to 40 if necessary . I'm type 2 and have been since 1999

If your convinced it's the lantus to blame for your back pain why don't you ask to change to another basal insulin.
