anyone else suffered with tiny bleeding cuts on fingertips & what looks like a rash on hands? has anyone ever spoken with manufacturer about topic?
Has anyone changed to a different insulin because of it?
I know it is definitely not an allergic reaction because I have been using this insulin for at least 10 yrs.
however I do have a problem with Batch/Lot No. 6F3003A. Exp. date 08/2918

If your having issues with the batch take them back to the pharmacy and ask for a replacement, you should also report the insulin using the Yellow Card Scheme:

https://yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk/

Not sure why you think the hand issue is related to the lantus, but agree with @Shar67 about seeing your gp about it.

Never had a problem with Lantus and hand rash or finger tip issues. You would think if it was the insulin it would also manifest in other parts of your body too. Have you recently changed hand soaps, detergents, hand cream?
Anyway, I'm no doctor and it's a curious thing so let us know if you are able to determine the cause.
Good Luck!
