After my initial HBA result of 140 mmol plus in September my latest results show I've got my level down to 48mmol. I've had a good few hypos while getting control of my sugars but seam to have stopped them now eating little and often. There's 2 things I still cant sort out though. 1 if I eat to many carbs my sugars will go up to say 14mmol and then plumit into hypo zone within an hour. Dr can't give me an explanation to this. Next one is leg pain I get what I can only describe as medi evil pain in my legs and cramps on my calfs that feel like my shin is goin to snap and blood sugar levels have no influence on this I test sugars when thr pain is bad and they can be 4.5mmol. Could this be damage caused during my undiagnosed time.
