Hi again all,
Been looking forward with apprehension to this reading as this is my first without Metformin and I have been upping my carbs lately to provide a sustainable diet for the rest of my days.
I shouldn't have worried as it's gone down to 31 !!!!
My weight has been steady since December and I put it down to all the hill walking I am doing, and I haven't felt so fit and alive for 30 years.
Upwards and onwards........
