Latest HBa1C level

Hi not been on for a while had my first annual review today and first lots of blood results back with non medicine dependant, so purely diet and exercise and results are HBa1C was 37 , cholesterol was 3.5, and every thing else showed up fine, DN was very pleased with what I have achieved this last year and so to keep it all up, next is retina scan on Friday.
All is good and some of it is down to this forum for all the advice and encouragement that you get.

Congratulations Farmpa 78.
I thought mine were good at 4.1 cholesterol and 6.5 hba1c.

Thanks everyone, yeah my cholesterol level was never that bad to start with was 4.5 a year ago but hba1c was 97 a year ago
