latest hba1c results

Hi everone just got my latest reults back . my hba1c has gone up a little to 5.6 and i have got my colesteral back down to 4.2 (cutting down on eggs corned beef etc). happy with the colesteral bit dissapoints with hba1c but 2 days before had bad days with missing meals and using the kids chips and saveloy to stop me making me feel ill. stopped the headache but gave me a liitle reminder that im still diabetic after 2 hours lol wont be doing that again

5.6% is a good result and to be fair they aren't 100% accurate so 5.4% -> 5.6% could just be variance

Don't beat yourself up over a result of 5.6 as this is still excellent, well done on the superb cholesterol result also!
