I am so pleased as I've really been struggling but my latest hba1c result is 41 lowest its ever been in the 6 years if diagnosis I'm so happy

Oh well done! That's wonderful news and much deserved after all of your hard work. Your bg is now in the "normal" range. Congratulations!

Thank guys my GP just shown me a graph with previous results my last ones in April was 94 and the one before in Jan was 75 so a huge drop this year. So pleased doing a happy dance ☺ I just feel it's a lot to live up to scared of going really high again and failing well not failing just hope I can keep it up xx

Terrific result and in the "non diabetic" range. You must be thrilled:)

Great result. Whatever you are doing you've got it right for you, so only little tweaks in the future.

Thank you everybody for your replies and all of your support it's taken me 6 years of ups and downs to get here but I've done it ☺ Next goal is to maintain these levels until next tests gone back to every 6 months now from 3 xx

Excellent result, well done.

I'm awaiting my official laboratory result. Home a1cnow test kit suggests I'm down to 6.2 (44), from 10.0 (86) six months ago.

Jenny Ruhl (diabetes 101) suggests we all aim for the 5% club ie an Hba1c of 5 point something. A result of 41 is 5.9 in the old way of measuring, so double congratulations!
