Thats great! How you made it? I was 50 last june and this month to 55....I am asked to start Metmorfin 500mg once a day....4 years I controlled by diet and exercise....but not any more...I have to start medication, which I hate...

I went very low carb. I am on 2000 Metformin a day and I think it helps.
