Morning all, just back from diabetes clinic , and HBa1c down from 69 to 49 in just two months - this LCHF works !! Weight down 5kg in that time too .....happy nurse, happy me :)

To get your hba1c down by 20 points in just 2 months is a fantastic achievement,
well done :)
 
Thanks Patricia I really am , it's great to see being pro-active pays off - and this forum and it's amazing members played a huge part in it too :)
 
When the nurse called me in we hadn't even reached the door of her room when she said "have I got exciting news for you " !! She almost mentioned the "powers that be" are starting to recommend lowER carbs - it's a start I suppose !

Well done Sooze ive been on Newcastle 5/2 die for 6weeks and dropped 10kg sugar down to 5.8 change from 14.0 keep up the good work we will get there
