So no change in HbA1c really, but it was good anyway.I have read that fasting BG can be a little higher when doing keto, so that could be why the overall 'average' is higher than you wanted, but it's still a great HbA1c.

Now that really is inspiring.Thank you everyone you've made me look at it differently and I have realised actually I've done pretty well. I took gliclizide for 10 years in varying amounts so yes I should be and I am chuffed I'm almost drug free - sometimes you can't see the wood for the trees

Has anyone suggested C-peptide test just to check on endogenous insulin production?Been keto for more than a year but fell off the wagon last Xmas.
Overnight fasting BG in the low 7s at the moment.
Fasting levels several hours after Bullet Resistant Coffee in the mid to high 6s.
