Just got my latest hba1c result today after 3 months of reduced carbing (with a break over Christmas!)

down from my previous count of 9. with no medication involved. I am well pleased as is my DN who could hardly believe it. So I would like to extend a big thank you to all on this forum for your support and wisdom not sure I could have done it without a daily visit here.
Next target is below 6 by May..... anyone taking bets??
