Weight loss since last saw nurse 2.5Kg [ She's pleased I think it's paltry! Need to up this game
Altogether not bad on minimal medication 10 years after T2 diagnosis.

Well done hanadr! Excellent on HDL, ratio and trigs, and still comfortably in the 5% club just on metformin after all these years. Seriously impressive. One day I will catch up with you!!

Hi, would you like your hba1c lower? I only ask because when I saw my consultant in May for my anual review my hba1c was 5.8 and he said it was almost too low! I've always thought the lower the better!

Excellent results Hana, on minimal meds too! Very encouraging to others.

2.5kg weight loss is 2.5kg less than you had. Thats about 6 pounds in old money, or almost half a stone, 3 bags of sugar :sick: shall I go on? Well done.
