Hi all

Just wanted to post my results as no one at home really knows why I feel so pleased with myself. I have just had my first yearly diabetes check. Last year I was diagnosed at 41 and a half. I was over 17 stone but the diagnosis still came as a shock, especially being put on pills straight away. Any way Last year my HbA1c was 9.9 this year it was 6.1 my cholesteral was 6.9 and is now 4.2. I have lost over 3 stone, I know I still have more to loose but if I don't big myself up, i won't manage it!!!
