I'm a happy bunny again 4yrs in and still no tablets from diagnosis which was 16mmol. latest results are again 5.6 mmol and cholesterol 4.8 which I have to work on. all in all happy for now

Good results bedshapped2000, keep up the good work. I have just yesterday started Metformin after 5 years diet and exercise only, not because my B/G levels are too high but because I cannot lose any weight no matter what I try

my weight has stabilised now I don't put on or lose so not sure if that's a good thing I did originally lose 7–8 stone

hi glad to see your results are good , i was on diet & exc for 12 years then other proplems came up now on 1metformin 500mg & 2giiclazide 80 mg one morning one afternoon per day best for luck
