I will be getting my 2nd HBa1c test Apr 2nd, I have changed my diet DRASTICALLY and my readings suggest to me I will have reduced it well. (Will be GUTTED if I haven't)
Well, here's the thing. I said I would improve readings with diet AND exercise. I go to Zumba 1 hour per week, have a totally sedentary job.
I had planned to increase my exercise but haven't got round to it and now I'm thinking, well I'm doing well on diet alone why not keep something back. I've got somewhere to go if BGs increase i.e up the exercise to stave off tablets?
Am I kidding myself?
