If you like chocolate, you'll thank me for this because it's flipping gorgeous! Its a dark chocolate mousse that I've created. Makes 2 portions, 8g carbs per portion.
80g 85% dark chocolate (I used Lindt)
2 egg whites
1 egg yolk
3g splenda
splash of milk
Melt the chocolate in a bain marie, whilst you're doing that, whisk the egg whites until stiff. Mix the splenda in with the eggs as you go. When the chocolate is melted put the egg yolk and milk in, it will form a ganache-like consistency. Put a quarter of the chocolate mix at a time in with the egg whites and stir gently. Split into two glasses (I used whiskeys tumblers) and put in the fridge for an hour. Then enjoy!! You will!!
