LC snack ideas?

I've tried several. Most of them have some kind of added starch (insignificant to BG) and some form of flavour enhancer (monosodiumglutamate usually). That doesn't agree with me. The best/nicest/least mucked about with are the Posh Pork Scratchings, just pork and Anglesey sea salt. Cheapest source so far Amazon. Careful, cos they can be very expensive, so shop around!

Our local lidl has recently started doing loose almonds and pistachios that are reasonable price.
