LCHF amazing book

If you grate the cauliflower then add pinch of turmeric then fry in olive oil or coconut oil, ( about 5 mins until slightly soft) it makes a great rice substitute::))

Grate your cauliflower fry in a little olive or coconut oil until soft , makes a good accompaniment to curry ( also freezes well )

I am the only person in the house who eats cauliflower (weirdo kids) and never bin it. There are so many uses for it.

You can even put them on a model railway ...

I've ordered the book. My other half is absolutely willing to support me with low carbing, but being a skinny b, with no health issues whatsoever, he has little vested interest in looking online for recipes. However, he will pick up a book and read it if I leave it around, so for me it will be a way of helping him get his head around LCHF and some of the things which go against everything I've been training him in on low fat diets for 35 years

we should start a diabetic 'come dine with me' programme. I think that could be a hit TV series. Everyone sitting with their meters checking their blood sugars, swapping tips... :) (Remember it was my idea) lol
