Since I've been on LCHF my fat mass has gone up a lot. Is that ok? Also I don't really eat a lot of fat really. Not as much as it says you can have. Is that ok ?
My scales measure your over all body fat as a percentage
I've lost 7lb in 3 weeks and measurement round my middle has gone from 119cm the 113cm
I'm **** at this stuff is this good you think
Patience of a saint ABI'd say that in reality it's probably too early to be definite, but I'd be astonished if you were losing 7lbs, and 6cm on your waist, but had got fatter. In another month you'll have had more readings and a better trend to look at.
If you understand what I'm saying about losing water will mean there's a higher percentage of fat to total body weight, hopefully you'll be comfortable moving forward. It's a bit like semi-skimmed, and skimmed milk having more carb, per 100ml than full fat milk. That's not because anything has been added, it's because f what's left when the fat is removed from that initial 100ml. 100ml of semi-skimmed and skimmed milk starts off as more than 100ml, so that it will be 100ml when just the fat is removed. Get it?
Yes I think I do. But I assume that loosing size and weight is positive and maybe ignore the other factors for now.
Because of me ?Not from me Turvell. Mike has commented a few times before on how patient I seem to be. The user name gives the impression, but I can be irritated enough to tear up trees, just like the best of them.
