Hi everyone.
I'm starting the new year with a fresh approach to lchf ( tried it before but fell off the wagon!)
Please could someone point me in the direction of a good (colourful, ) book that incorporates advice about type 2 diabetes and straightforward recipes. Thanks :-)

I ordered that through Amazon a week ago, but got an email today to say that the seller has not fulfilled my order so Amazon will not be deducting my payment. It seems it might be out of stock.

The author Trudi Deakin founded the organisation X-Pert so maybe ordering it from them via that link will work better.

You could not do better than: Dr Richard Bernstein's Diabetes Solution 4 th Edition, his recipes are great, and his advice for t2 +t1 is brilliant too!

Actually, thinking about it, I ordered it on 27 December. It might be that they are closed until the New Year, ie tomorrow.
Amazon also cancelled another order I made that day.

Just ordered it now. Looking forward to starting

Got another message from Amazon today to say it has been despatched.
