LCHF one week and amazing progress

@suffolkscouser

I don't have any problem with visitors and carbs, husband just cooks the usual stuff and serves up buffet style - so we all help ourselves and I can just avoid the bad stuff. it's as easy as that.... :D

Last time they came my niece brought a really OTT chocolate layer cake (unusually for her - a bought one); I already had my low carb chocolate muffins and chocolate cream topping in the fridge and my sister had a taste of these and actually prefered them! :p:p

Thanks guys. I think the idea sounds great in my mind, but the flesh is weak. Need to man up to this before I get put on insulin. I'll give this a go and see what happens, won't be until after Easter though, have lots of family over so carbs will be available and will be consumed!
Once they have gone it will be easier for me to sort out my diet and get working on it. Also helps as salad season is here and makes eating more sensibly much easier!
there are lots of carb substitutes on the net = look them up using almond flour, coconut oil and flour, flaxseed etc the 'scones' are quite passible for sandwiches.
