To all u LCHFs where I have gained valuable info & support - thank u! Had HBA1C y'day & gone from 7.6% to 6.8% - only been doing this 'properly' for 7 weeks! Cholesterol all good too! Thanks all & good luck x

Great result - congratulations! I'd like to echo your thanks too: Without this forum I wouldn't have known about using LCHF to control blood sugars and would probably have been following the NHS diet with predictable results! I'm actually looking forward to my next HbA1c test now so I can see how well I'm doing
