So it's three weeks since I went cold turkey on sugar and started LCHF. I'm averaging 30-40grams carbs each day, would like to reduce it further.

My fasting bloods have dropped from 13 to between 6-8. Post food down to 4.8.

I've lost a stone and no mid afternoon slump so I'm very happy

Great reductions in blood sugar and weight in only three weeks @SugarJunkie. Well done!

You are doing great so I would say stay as you are well done

Those results are awesome. Very well done. I agree with @Pinkorchid I would continue as you are and not reduce carbs any further, I don't think you need to.

I'm looking forward to reading your next update.

Hi well done I am looking forward to your next update too.

@SugarJunkie
Tremendous results with your Bg and Weight. I wouldn't change a thing! Well Done!!

well done! Results like this proof the concept of LCHF is right on the money despite most people reacting when I tell them about LCHF pretty much the same way as if I told them I have joined a religious cult that sacrifices goats to an obscure deity!

That exact same thing has happened to me this afternoon! Really irritating.

Except we sacrifice our carbs to the ever more and more popular gruesome god Diabetes....
