LCHF week three

So it's three weeks since I went cold turkey on sugar and started LCHF. I'm averaging 30-40grams carbs each day, would like to reduce it further.

My fasting bloods have dropped from 13 to between 6-8. Post food down to 4.8.

I've lost a stone and no mid afternoon slump so I'm very happy :)

Those results are awesome. Very well done. :) I agree with @Pinkorchid I would continue as you are and not reduce carbs any further, I don't think you need to.

I'm looking forward to reading your next update. :)

well done! Results like this proof the concept of LCHF is right on the money despite most people reacting when I tell them about LCHF pretty much the same way as if I told them I have joined a religious cult that sacrifices goats to an obscure deity!
