I've been on a reduced carbs diet for 7 weeks and lost exactly 7 kg.

I have also been limiting my calories to around 1800 per day.

How much of my weight-loss is down to the carbs or calories I wouldn't like to say.

I haven't been counting calories as yet .
I have either bacon eggs mushrooms and spinach OR full fat Greek yoghurt with walnuts and frozen berries for breakfast
Chicken salad or lidl protein roll with cheese and ham for lunch and teatime different every day . I have been having a few hypos while adjusting my Basals so I'm wondering if it's my hypo treatments that's the problem ( mini bag of haribos)

It is very much an individual thing, depends on the amount of carbs and fat you eat, how much exercise you take, and also the state of your metabolism. The first time I did Atkins induction I was losing a Kg per day - far too fast, and I only did it for three days before increasing carbs.
I did find that I could not simply reduce carbs, I had to stick to the foods listed for Atkins Induction and on the lower rungs of the carb ladder in the second stage. I could not swap between foods higher up and still lose weight.
Now I am much older, and diabetic it was difficult to get into ketosis I had false hypos as I was used to having high glucose.
I can only recommend Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution - not the later books which he did not write, and which are far more run of the mill diet books.

Strictly speaking, you shouldn't have to think about calories when doing LCHF, just eat to your appetite.

A mini bag of Haribo is full of sugar so would increase your carb count and interrupt weight loss, but it's MUCH more important to get your basal right than to lose weight so concentrate on that first. Otherwise, your diet sounds fine, and nicely healthy. You'll get there - there's no mad rush.

LCHF leaves you 'properly satiated' but usually at a very low calorie level.
You 'eat until you are full'
But it only works if you get full quickly.
(It's not often mentioned, that calories still count)

So, if it doesn't, and you still overeat, you don't lose weight.
I found that out.
