I will tag @Giverny. She will be able to help you either with the phone app (sorry I do not use it) or to remove your account. Have you tried using the phones browser and not the app?

Hi Lynda - sorry you're having trouble with the app. We're aware of the problem and are working on a solution. In the mean time, you should be able to use your phone's browser to navigate to www.diabetes.co.uk/forum - you can log in with your existing account and post as normal that way.

I used to use the app but had loads of problems that I stopped using it. Now I just use my tablet
