Hi and welcome to the forum.

You are taking medication, a blood thinner and a beta blocker so it may be that these need reviewing.
Have you had any heart problems or been diagnosed with peripheral artery disease, (PAD)?

This is clearly not something that can be solved on a forum as none of us are qualified.
I suggest you see your Dr. and let him determine the cause.

Hi Suresh - OMG - go and check out your legs - before it is too late - I have PAD and it is TERRIBLE ! I basically waited too long before seeing a doctor and when I did I was diagnosed with Peripheral artery disease and they scheduled me for an angioplasty and when I finally went into hospital to have it done the surgeon refused to do it because my arteries were too thin and there was therefore more risk doing the operation than leaving it. I have a lot of trouble walking, let alone walking far and horrid when there is even a tiny incline in the street cause it really hurts. Please go check it out at a Vascular surgeon! Hope you just have muscle pain and not the start of PAD

When you get tired, do you check your bg? That is what I would do anyway.
What are your fbg and pp readings? And HbA1c? These things can be important, you know.
