I am looking for someone who took Victoza till it wasn’t available (in the US) who had no side effects, and then went to Ozempic. The Ozempic has not worked for me, and gave me several side effects. I’m hooping someone else here has been on that track, and their primary physician has opted for some other medication. If there is someone with that experience, I would be interested to know what medication your dr suggested, and is it working for you.
I started out with Metformin, and when that didn’t work, Imwas put on Victoza. Victoza kept me at pre-diabetes level for years. And then Victoza wasn’t available. My side effects on Ozempic have been so bad, I couldn’t get past .25.
