Hi
This is sugar free and gluten free

Preheat oven to 160c
In bowl mix:

I tin Libbys pumpkin (waitrose sell it)
3eggs beaten
60 mls Josephs sugar free maple syrup( bought from uk lowcarb store)
120mls granulated splenda ( I use an American cup measure so idont know a weight)
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
300ml single cream

When no lumps pour into 9" flan dish( I use silicon)
Cook until just set, in my fan oven exactly 25 mins

1/8 is 150 cals and approximate 15g CHO

Store in fridge
Can be frozen.
Eat with cream hot or cold
