You would be amazed the places they put flour and/or potato.Gravy is a good one and the usual kiev, goujon, dipper, nuggett. You must pay attention.
I have been adding grated cheese to my lunch as it is low carb and filling. Yesterday I happened to notice the label on the prepacked grated cheese...it contains potato starch and has 3 times the carbs of a block of cheese.

Thats like today I bought some Aldi sugar free jelly. It wasn't till I was mixing it up earlier that I spotted it has 23g carbs per 100g!! Nearly 3 times as much as Hartleys, looking at the ingrediants list I cant see where they come from.
Oh well its still pretty low carb.
