I inject 15 minutes before I eat, that helps with post meal spikes.

Thanks i've stopped doing that one - injecting 15 mins beforehand so a good reminder, also changing needles, am rubbish, lucky to change one a day, please don't shout !!

Gah... Love porridge. Oats don't love mePlenty of lentils and pulses, high fibre, complex carbs to give a slow rise in BG; same for oats.
Any tips to stop snacking ?
2U is a normal mealtime bolus for me!Get a pump so you're not put off injecting for minor corrections - previously I wouldnt inject less than 2u so would wait until i ate/ bloods got higher!
