Incredible really incredible , what a great way to increase NHS costs and peoples misery.
How about giving people tax breaks if they eat more junk?
what it would amount to.
But wait they already want to to enforce reduced portion sizes on pizza etc.
How about VAT on all food and be done with it?
what next mandatory lessons on how to wipe our butts on pain of hefty fine if not complied with?
