Levels

Hi ive been low carbing taking 2 metformin twice daily. Last few days getting readings of 6 to 7 up to 8 or 9 after meals. Today i cant get below 9 and ive only eaten a handfull of raspberies. But i do have a bit of a runny nose so might be getting a cold would that affect my levels? T2 btw

Yes, any illness can have a quite a big effect on blood sugar so don't worry at the moment
