Sorry if this has been covered before but I couldn't find it when searching.
I'm switching to levemir after about 10 years on lantus. Main reason being I've had a few issues with it absorbing too quickly.
I had a rule on lantus that I couldn't go for a run in the 6 hours after am injection (injected in thigh). It absorbed too quickly and combined with exercise this is a recipe for disaster
Can anyone tell me if I can expect the same issue with levemir? Can exercise of the muscle near an injection site cause it to absorb too quickly?
