Levine timing or antibiotics causing hypos.

Hi over past 3 days I've had hypos late evening for 2 and 3.15am for one.
I'm trying to decide what's the possible cause. I've been on antibiotics (claythlimicin, not spelt correct) for 5 days for an infection in an injection site which is now better but still taking antibiotics till Thurs.
On the other hand I have changed my time of levimir injection to lunch time 12-1.
Levimir at night produces good bg in morning but starts creeping up in the evening, so I changed to afternoon to see if it made a difference as I'm more active of a morning than an evening so I would be keeping my bg down with activity rather than more meds.
Anyone shed any light on the puzzle for me.

Clarithromycin has some chemical structural similarity to sulfonylureas, so they may drop ur Blood sugars. I saw this somewhere here in the forum, that clarithromycin was reducing the sugar levels....
