would this food plan be considered
low fat low carb high protein?


Breakfast
4 ounces protein
1 fruit serving

Dinner
4 ounces protein
1 cup cooked vegetables
2 cups raw vegetables

Lunch
4 ounces protein
1 cup cooked vegetables
2 cups raw vegetables

3 fat servings
(14-16 grams)
throughout the day

it didnt copy right i see the meals are the wrong way around lol
 
Your measurement units are alien to me, in the UK! I just use grams and have no idea what a cup measurement is..

When you say 4oz protein, do you mean there are 4oz protein in the food as well as other nutrients, or do you mean the portion of food weighs 4oz (such as a 4oz lump of cheese, which will be partly protein, partly fat, and partly other things.
 
i think it means 4 ounces by weight of a protein source food
like meat or cheese
for the cup i think it just means a measured cup amount
of vegetables
our labels do give the amounts in grams
but i was wondering if its high protein
because the 12 ounces of protein could work out to
be 84 grams of protein in 12 ounces if you chose meat
which seems high?
and its only 48 grams of fat?

How many carbs?

What are you trying to achieve? Weight loss? Good blood sugars? Low fat for a particular reason?

48g of fat is inadequate for me, I would starve, be hungry, and enjoy my meals a lot less. I eat around 100g of protein.
What I do is decide how many grams of carbs to eat, eat my normal amount of protein (which I have never restricted) and make up my energy requirements from fats.
