hi newbie here can you please answer a question for me I'm a hgv driver on metformin do I need to inform the dvla of my condition hope you can help thanks.

No you don't need to inform them as metformin is not a drug which causes hypo's !

Employer, up to you ! Ins company, yes. They won't be interested though and they're not allowed to hike your premiums either. Take care ! Mo
