Not sure if anyone else is experiencing the same issue’s however since the white screen issue when Libra updated their software I have had significant problems with spurious readings. Typically the Libra sensor is indicating low blood sugar levels at 3.9mmol/L when checking via a more reliable manual fingerprint test I find the level is around 10mmol/L a significantly difference. The errors occur frequently and in both directions false low and high. I replaced the sensor assuming it may be faulty the new sensor is exactly the same. This system is unreliable at best dangerous at worst I am contacting my diabetes specialist today to see if there’s a more reliable alternative.

Sorry, not had any issues. Managed to get the sensor I was wearing at the time hooked up and applied, and activated new sensor just fine on Saturday. Readings pretty bang on as usual.

Hi, since last Android update the alarms don't work. This happened around Aug last year and wasn't fixed for about 4-5 months, then worked fine til update few weeks ago. Very frustrating, especially when driving or in gym exercising as rely on alarms to tell if your dipping. I set threshold at 5.6 when driving to catch any drop early. With alarms not working, have to ride with higher than avge levels.

Also every now and then still get the 'not able to scan, try in 10 mins' message. Again very frustrating when taken insulin to know where you are. Sometimes rescan every 10+ mins but get same message for up to an hr.

Fab technology but very poor bugs to have in such an important piece of kit.
