When using Libra 2 plus, it loses signal constantly. I checked app for updates, turned phone on and off, same for blue tooth. Tried 3 different sensors non worked. Gone back to Libra 2 fine. Now been told I can only get Libra 2 plus as Libra 2 being stopped. Any suggestions as to get Libra 2 plus to work.

Hi,

Welcome to the forum.
Are you using Apple or Android phone..?

I switched from Libre 2 to Libre 2 plus last autumn and had two which kept losing signal. On both occasions I phoned Abbott and they were replaced, they asked me to send the bad ones back. Even if you get them on prescription you should see if they will replace them as it costs the NHS if they fail, also they might investigate what went wrong with the failed ones. Since then I’ve had no problems, so wondered if the two failures were a dodgy batch.
I’m using iPhone 14 Pro on the newest iOS 18.3.2

Thank you for your reply, I am contacting Abbot tomorrow, I just wondered if it a common problem and could be easily solved! The first two sensors were from the same batch but the third sensor is a different batch. My app is up todate and IOS is 18.3.2

I’m an Android phone user.

However as @Rachox says. They will replace.

In my experience there was no quibble over the phone & the Abbott agent on the line couldn’t apologise enough.
I had a replacement within 2/3 days?

I got one from Abbott as a trial, went skiing for two weeks, I am not aware of any problems with it all though I am on Android 14.

I am not even sure if it dropped signal once.
