The term "big boned" lol repeatedly told this growing up!
I have got in touch with Libre regarding my sensor, I think it may be faulty. They have replied with a list of things I need to tell them, 17 points of things/tech questions. Is this normal? Should I have to return one at another time, I don't think I would be best pleased to be honest. I dont think I have enough hours of the day to collate the info they need

Hi Lainie71

I take you have emailed them and they have come back with all the information they need.

As someone who has contacted Abbott on numerous occasions I would suggest phoning them. Have the information such as the sensor serial number and 3 examples of inaccurate readings in front of you. Other bits of information they usually ask are simply yes or no answers. For example did you loose consciousness or require medical attention

They may ask you to send the faulty sensor back to them so hold on to it

Hope this is helpful. Good luck

Hi yes I emailed as I am no good over the phone. I freeze, panic so most of my queries are done via email. I wonder if they would just accept that, as its going to be a problem otherwise :nailbiting:

Hi Lainie71

I am sure they would accept the information whichever way. If it easier for you go for email.

Can you give them all the information they need ? I would simply answer each of the queries one at a time. The questions are pedantic. Such as which arm you had the sensor on and when you applied it.

Take your time and it should not be too bad

Good Luck If I can of help with finding the information please let me know
