Anyone know what to do with used Libra applicators I have put the used needle in sharps box

I put them in the general waste.
If you have put the needle in the sharps box, there is nothing left that is sharp.
Sadly, there is little of the applicator that can be recycled.

I put it all in general waste. How do you extract the needle?!?

Have a 7l sharps bin specifically for Libre. Instigated by our ccg.

Put mine in the general waste bucket, the needle retracts so it’s not visible once used
