Anyone else have this? A few times a day my Libre app springs to life with a scan error message. I close it and it comes back again for lots of times in a row, I don't seem able to shut it down. Eventually it stops and it doesn't make any difference if I scan, it says scan complete then keeps opening up again. If you've had this how did you fix it? It's not just this sensor it's been happening a while.

I had this a few months ago now so can't remember how to cure it but phoned up Abbott and they went through a procedure step by step tuning off and turning on parts of the app and it has been fine since .

Do you keep anything with an NFC chip close to your phone?
Happens to me every time I place my phone on a library book, but if you keep bank cards or such in yourphone case it could cause the same issue I suppose.
No bank cards nearby but have had my phone sitting on my library book, you may have something there! Didn't even occur to me that that could affect my phone! Thank you! I'm going to put it in my book now to see if it happens then I will know what to avoid!

At least it looks like our library books don't have diabetes!
I hope this was the culprit and the problem will be solved until the next time we absentmindedly put our phones on our books.
