Libre 2 error

Hello, my libre 2 sensor is showing the result before I even scan. I’ve never had this before. I checked to confirm it’s definitely libre 2 not 3. When I scan it just confirms the result already showing on the screen. Has anyone else had this or know of this error? Many thanks, Lee. Suffolk UK

This is not an error, it is an upgrade and has been discussed previously.
