I have tried several times on various browsers and devices to try and get a Libre 2 free trial on the UK website but cannot get past the first page as the submit button does not work?

Anyone else has the same experience? I have called them and they said the free trial can only be requested through their website.

Many thanks.

@HappyMD are you based in the UK.
If so, according to NICE guidelines, you are entitled to CGM on the NHS as someone with Type 1 and should not need the free trial.
I recommend speaking to your healthcare team.

If you are not based in the UK, you may not be entitled to the free trial which may be why you are having issues.

Thank you for your reply, I am based in the UK but my NHS offers either the Libre or Dexcom so I thought I would try both to see what I prefer before I commit

Selecting one now should not be a commitment if it doesn’t suit you. Most clinics allow you to change.
Have you tried asking your health care team if you can try both before deciding?

Is the submit button disabled (greyed out) or enabled (blue)?

I didn't actually try to click the submit, but I looked at how the site works.

If the button is grey then it thinks you have not entered or selected something correctly. Most likely this is the password as they are doing something really stupid and hence pasting a password in or using a password generated to autofill is likely to fail whereas typing the password works. You don't need to opt into the marketing stuff, but the first two check boxes do need to be selected.

If the button is blue, but does not do anything, then it is more than likely an issue with their website.
