No, they don't work with it (at the moment):

But the #wearenotwaiting people behind xDrip+ and Spike are seeing if they can figure out how to either use the native bluetooth in libre2 to get the signal directly from it to save having to use blucon or mm at all, or at least be able to carry on using them if that isn't possible.

Here's a recent article about Marek Macner who has been able to get readings through his own home made transmitter, so it's looking as if it may be do-able:

I just have to hope the amazing wearenotwaiting commuity work somthing out. My Libre, MM, Lenovo- Xdrip, Garmin is working near perfect at the moment. I wonder if the MK1 FSL reader/scanner with work with the new glucose sensors albeit without the alarms?

No, l2 has a different reader, the l1 scanner won't read l2.:
