Type 2 Libre 2 sensors

I am a newbie with using libre 2 sensors can anyone tell me how long it takes for abbots to send me a new sensor? I had a faulty one phoned Monday and they said 3 working days. Phoned again today and told its still in warehouse awaiting despatch I explained that I was told a new sensor will be sent and notified when they send out. So far nothing! I’m told to send old sensor back when I receive new sensor. I have one from dr but that cannot be used until the 15th! They keep saying how great this system is so far I’ve had nothing but problems with it and company! Starting to lose confidence in the whole product tbh.

why can’t you use the one you have from the doctor?

Like @Lakeslover my question has to be why on earth can you not use the other one? Then when that runs out you put on the replacement.

I was shocked when mine said 5/7 delivery. Called the Center and they were very vague… so I totally understand your concerns… especially going forward. Can abide the pricking… diagnosed at beginning of week. Ad I’m sorry to hear that it’s faulty. I think I’d have a meltdown if mine were

I’ve just had one replaced, came 1st class by parcelforce took 4 days & told Abbotts I had a spare
I would just use the sensor from your doctors, they don’t know which sensor you’re using

I had quite a few faulty sensors that they replaced and they came really quickly.
