Hi, my Libre 2 is set between 4 and 10 to be in range. Should it be lower than 10. Any advice welcome

Between about 4 and 10 is pretty much what most folk have, though some will have slightly different levels depending on their personal circumstances and choices, but you are pretty safe as you are.

Thank you so much. I still have my L plates on with insulin

You can set it to whatever suits you best.
If you tend to stay mostly in range you might like to set the high alarm lower to see where you can improve.
If you're struggling to stay mostly below 20, setting the range to 10 can be very demotivating.
If you're prone to sudden drops and serious hypos you might want to up the low range a bit to try and prevent hypos.

The best setting is highly personal.
Why not play with the settings to find out how you like it best? :)
