My app won't open, it just loads and then crashes, it's been doing it for about 3 hours, is this the issue you're having?

Yes, I had a blank screen. Switch my phone off, no change. Then I thought maybe to re download the app, but it's not there .

Yes, there's been an update which hasn't worked.
Seems to affect iPhone
Back to finger pricking until they fix it

I have read instructions elsewhere to delete the app and reinstall.
It is not available from the App Store but you can get it from purchased apps on your phone,

I have not tried this myself ( I do not have an iPnone).

All on another forum the advice is to access via you purchased apps in the APP store select the download icon . I have just done this and it is now working
