Got my low sugar alarm set around 4.5 so I can react before it gets to low, when it goes off which is sometimes in the middle of the night i usually try to get away with 2 x glucose tablets and maybe a slice of bread and butter or a biscuit, sometimes it doesn't happen quick enough to where I end up in the threes, take a couple more glucose then when blood readings rise ,off back to sleep, usually on waking find my blood are high, should I have taken the 4 x glucose and bread in the first place or shoul I have ate something different,any advice appreciated.
