Help!
I know there must have been threads on this and I’ve searched but can’t find them, so I’m giving up and starting a new one.
I’m lucky enough to have got a funded libre as I’m planning a baby and need to get my hba1c down first. I got it last week and so far it’s been great, I’ve learnt a lot about how my sugars respond and have improved my control a lot.
The only problem is the sensors won’t stay on. The first was applied by the diabetes nurse at the hospital (so I assume she did it right!) and fell off after 3 days. I couldn’t find a way to re-apply it so reluctantly started a new one, which did seem more firmly stuck on. I hoped the first just had dodgy adhesive but now the second has fallen off after another 3 days. The hospital won’t fund any extras so I’m now two sensors short.
What can I do to keep the flipping things on??? Is there a way to re-apply them?
